Overview
• By purchasing my art you automatically agree to the following terms of service.• Please do not commission me if you're not willing to accept my conditions.• I own copyrights to my artwork and you may not repost it without my knowledge (if you haven't purchased it).• I have the right to decline any request for any reason.• Using my art for AI and/or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.• Please credit me if you post work commissioned from me.• Do not repost my work and claim it as yours.• Commercial rights to use my work for stream/youtube related profit is included in the price. If you plan to make merch with anything that I worked on, a small commercial fee will be discussed.• I'm allowed to post all commissions on my twitter and use in my portfolio.
WILL NOT DRAW
- I don't draw:
• Males
• Gore/blood
• Furries (ears / tails / horns are fine)
• Weapons / armour / mechas
• Human/creature hybrids such as spider legs + human torso, slime skin etc
• NSFW
• Chubby/muscular bodytypes (ideally I draw what's in my portfolio already)
• Characters from games/anime/series due to copyright issues
Payment
• My services are non-refundable.• By commissioning me you agree that once work is started on your commission, you can no longer issue a chargeback to paypal or your credit card company.• If there are any problems with the final result, please message me about them on twitter or by email.• If you do issue a charge back on one of my services, without discussing it with me beforehand, I have the right to resell whatever was sent to you and make profit off of it. Whether it be a logo, design, or a whole live2d model. Once you chargeback, you no longer own the rights to the art piece I made.• I take payment in USD and EUR through paypal invoice only. I don't accept payment plans. USD is my base price, EUR price is converted, according to current USD -> EUR currency.• If I decide I'm no longer able to finish your commission, I will refund you the full amount back to your method of payment.• If you decide to cancel your order after the sketch phase has started, I will issue a 50% refund back to your method of payment• Rush fee is +20% of the calculated price. This means I will work on your piece in between my ongoing commissions to get it done ASAP.• Priority fee is +50% of the calculated price. This means you are moved to the front of the queue and I will work on your order next.• Priority status will be reflected as a trello status• Merchandice commerical rights are 20% of the calculated order
Process
• If you decide to commission me, you will be added to my trello waitlist. I will ask for payment about a week before I can start working on your piece.• I start work after full amount has been paid.• If I have any ongoing commissions at the time of your order, I won't start yours until all previous ones have been finished. You can check my trello queue to know how many commissions I have to finish, before I can work on yours.• Once I start work on your commission, I will draw up a mock up of your order. Tell me at that time if there need to be any changes or I will assume all the details are correct and this is what you want. After this phase all edits will be assessed an edit fee. All free edits are to be used in this phase.• You are entitled to three free edits (unless I make a mistake or misunderstood a part of your order)• After those edits, you will encur a 15$ edit fee per edit from there on out.• I will then deliver a watermarked version of your art via email for your approval.• After you approve the final piece it'll be sent to you via email linked to your PayPal.• If I hear nothing from you in one week of delivery of the watermarked order, your silence will suffice as approval and I will mark your order as complete and send you the final file.
Work Speed
• If you have a deadline you must discuss it with me before placing your order.• All due times are counted from when the sketch phase is started. If I have any ongoing commissions, your order is put on hold until I'm done with all previous ones.• You may not rush me in any way.• Asking for updates is fine.• Keep in mind I can't always provide an exact delivery date, especially if I have comms in queue/waitlist. The wait might be longer/shorter than expected.• I work in the order in which orders are received. If you need your order fast, a priority fee will be issued to move you to the top of the queue.• I let you know once I have started working on your order. If I'm not messaging you for a while, it means I've been working on different commissions and haven't worked on yours yet.• Most orders are completed in 3-4 weeks
Premium Logos
Premium Logos are priced at $80-$120 USD
These logos are categorized by either having hand painted gold work in the design or consist of five or more elements outside of text
Idol Logos
Idol Logos are priced at $45-$65 USD
These logos are categorized by individually detailed lettering and cute idol like accessories and with a max of up to 4 additional elements outside of text. Any extra elements will incur an additional $5 per element fee over four.
Simple Logos
Simple Logos are priced at $25-$45 USD
These logos are categorized by simple gradient lettering with outlines and some inside pattern detailing that is consistent across all letters. They also have a max of up to 2 additional elements outside of the text which are simple and mostly without heavy rendering. Any extra elements will incur an additional $5 per element fee over two.
